Good morning.

Parents Committee Meeting- Wednesday, June 4 at 7:30.  Link may be found here.  All parents are encouraged to attend.

Regular Troop Meeting Friday, June 6 at 7:30  

• Class A uniforms

• Program Patrol for the month of June- Blackhawks

• Service Patrol for the month of June- Pink Panthers.  Please arrive by 7:15 to set up

Microtel- for parents staying over on the night of Friday, July 18, we have reserved a block of rooms at the Microtel in Hamburg, PA.  The cost is $104.95 plus tax.  Please mention Troop 37 when you call.  The number is 888-660-8038.  The rooms are on hold until Friday, July 4.

Payments and Deadlines:

• Breakfast at Landingville Fire Houseon the way to Hawk Mountain on Sunday, July 13- $15 per person (scouts and leaders who are camping are paid for)- due by Friday June 20

• Chicken Dinner at Hawk Mountain on Friday evening, July 18-  (scouts and leaders who are camping are paid for)

• Class B shirt order form- LAST CALL- Form is attached

• Hawk Mountain Medicals- TWO COPIES (including Part C completed by doctor and front and back of insurance card), Allergy and OTC Medication forms due by Friday June 20
