Date Change - Parent Committee Meeting will be on Wednesday, June 12 at 7:30 – Link is here.  All parents are strongly encouraged to join.

Troop Meeting- Friday, June 14 at 6:30- our meeting this week will be at the Camporee Field at Pouch Camp for the annual Flag Retirement Ceremony.

• Class A uniforms

• Please note that we will be collecting forms and payments

Troop Car Wash #3- Saturday, June 15- the last of our 3 car washes will be this Saturday.  Meet in the big schoolyard at 7 am in Class B t-shirt.   Earn your way and reduce your parents’ cost for summer camp.  Attached is a flyer for the car wash.  Please pass this out to your friends, put it on your Facebook page, etc.

Payments and Deadlines:

• Breakfast at Landingville Fire House on the way to Hawk Mountain on Sunday, July 14- $13 per person (scouts/leaders are paid for)- due by Friday June 21

• Chicken dinner at Hawk Mountain on Friday, July 19- $16 per person (scouts/leaders are paid for)- due by Friday June 21

• Hawk Mountain Medicals (including Part C completed by doctor) and OTC Medication forms due by Friday June 21

• All forms are contained in the packet distributed at the mandatory parents’ meeting or on the website
