Virtual Parents Committee Meeting- Thursday, May 2 at 7:30- Link may be found here. All parents are encouraged to attend, there is a lot of opportunity for you to be involved
Mandatory Parents Summer Camp Meeting- Friday, May 3 at 7:30. At least 1 parent must attend. This is where you will receive all information about Hawk Mountain, including information on medical forms, how to order Class B t-shirts, what to pack, etc. Additionally, we will be raffling off a free hotel room for the night of Friday, July 19. Each family will in attendance will receive 1 raffle ticket.
Greenbar- we will be meeting at 7 pm. All Greenbar members are expected to attend
While the parents are attending this meeting, the scouts will be outside doing some preparation for the Camporee
No scout uniforms this week. Wear a shirt/jersey of your favorite sports team. Choose wisely.
Camp-o-Ree- LAST CALL- the Camp-o-Ree will take place from May 17-19 at Pouch. Cost is $35. Permission slip is attached. Payment is due this Friday
Hawk Mountain Summer Camp- full payment of $500 is due. If you have an outstanding balance, please make payment ASAP.
Scout Night with the Ferryhawks -On Friday, May 31, instead of a Troop Meeting, you have the opportunity to attend Scout Night with the Ferry Hawks. Please see the attached flyer. As you will see, there are different packages. $3 from each ticket purchase goes back GNYC. If interested, please follow the directions on the flyer to purchase tickets, the purchases are not being done through the Troop.
