Troop 37 News - 9/17/23

Good afternoon. We had great weather and a great time at JLT this weekend. Congratulations to 2023-24 Senior Patrol Leader Leo Staiano and all the other newly minted leaders. We are set up for a great year. Please see the attached list of Patrols for the year. Regular Troop Meeting – Friday, September 22 at 7:30 PM

• Class B Uniforms

• We will be working on physical fitness requirements for Scout, Second Class and First Class ranks

• Program Patrol- Howling Coyotes

• Service Patrol- Pink Panthers. Please arrive at 7:15 to set up

October Camping Trip- We will be tent camping at Goose Pond Scout Reservation in Moosic, Pennsylvania from October 13-15. This trip will include a tour of the Lackawanna Coal Mine. Cost is $35 which includes the tour. The permission slip is attached. Payment is due no later than Friday, September 29. Please note that space may be limited on this trip so get your payment in ASAP if interested Patrol Boxes- Last year’s Patrol Leaders, please bring your Patrol Box to this meeting to give to the new Patrol Leaders. Philmont Guys- Most of the Troop equipment has still not been returned. Please bring it to this meeting.
