Younger scouts not working on MBs can work on advancements. Older scouts can help go through some equipment
Below is a list of counselors in the Troop, the badges they cover, and their e-mail. If you are interested in working on a badge you (THE SCOUT) should contact the counselor to make sure they are going to be at the meeting. Do not assume that the counselor will be there. You also MUST read the Merit Badge book before coming to the meeting. You should also print out the Merit Bad Worksheet to aid in your preparation, but it is not a substitute for reading the book.

Hawk Mountain Payments and Deadlines:
Breakfast at Landingville Fire House on the way to Hawk Mountain on Sunday, July 12- $16 per person. Children 6 and under $12. (scouts and leaders who are camping are paid for)- due by Friday June 19
Chicken Dinner at Hawk Mountain on Friday evening, July 17- $20 (scouts and leaders who are camping are paid for)- due by Friday, May 29
Class B shirt order form- due ASAP but no later than Friday, May 29
Hawk Mountain Medicals- TWO COPIES (including Part C completed by doctor and front and back of insurance card), Dietary Restrictions and OTC Medication forms due by Friday June 5
Schedule Changes- after discussions at the Committee Meeting and again at the summer camp meeting, it was agreed that we will not be attending the Seaside Camp-o-Ree the weekend of 6/12-6/14. As such, we will reschedule the rained-out car wash for Saturday, June 13. We are also working on a replacement event for later in June. Details to come.
