Troop 37 New November 3 2025

The Pancake Breakfast is upon us, and it is very important to the financial stability of the Troop that this be successful.  As such, we need plenty of help.  This includes getting the word out.  Attached is a copy of the flyer.  Please post it on Facebook, Instagram, etc.

Pancake Breakfast Set Up- Saturday Evening,  November 8 at 5:30 pm, in the Gym- we need all hands to help set up. 

Pancake Breakfast Sunday, November 9 in the Gym- This is Troop 37’s most important fundraiser. The money raised allows us to pay for equipment, subsidize trips, and keep the registration fee low.  As such, we need ALL scouts on Sunday to assist in waiting on tables.  Breakfast service will begin after the conclusion of the 7:30 mass. The Breakfast will continue throughout the morning until 2 PM. After the conclusion of the event, we will be taking up the tables and returning the Gym to its previous state.  Please arrive by 7:15 am.  Class A uniforms.

Regular Troop Meeting- Friday, November 7 at 7:30

Greenbar will meet at 6:30.  All Greenbar members are expected to attend.

• Service Patrol for the month of November- Striking Cobras- Please arrive by 7:15 to set up

November Trip- Camp Citta- LAST CALL. We will be tent camping at Camp Citta in Barnegat, NJ from November 14-16.  We will be doing shotgun shooting on this trip.  Cost for the shooting is $10 per shooter and will be paid for by the Troop.  Cost for the trip is $45, due this Friday.  Permission slip is attached.

Philmont 2027- anyone who is interested in going, please submit $125 ASAP, Our deposit is due by 12/1, but we need to get a headcount ASAP so we know if we are going to have 1 or 2 treks.  Treks will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.
